Welcome to The Refurbished Apple Store! We offer convenient services through which you can sell your consumer electronic devices. Please read the following agreement carefully to understand the terms and conditions for using our website and services.
By using our website and submitting your devices for sale, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our website and services. This agreement applies to your use of our website, services, and any offers we make to purchase your devices. It is important to note that this agreement is in electronic form and holds the same legal validity as a written agreement. The terms "you" or "your" refer to individuals or entities using our services.

DEVICE SUBMISSION
To ensure a valid submission, please provide accurate and up-to-date contact information along with detailed information about your device. You must comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. Please transact on your behalf and not on behalf of others. Furthermore, you must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Additionally, you must have clear ownership and rights to sell your device without any encumbrances.
To receive payment for your device, provide us with your first, last name, address, phone number, and e-mail. Depending on your chosen payment method during the submission process, you will need to provide the account information associated with your Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo account.
Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to avoid communication errors. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information. If you fail to provide accurate information, we will not be liable for misapplied user information for electronics payments. Unclaimed funds may be subject to collection by governmental authorities as per applicable laws. If your unclaimed funds are turned over to the authorities, we have no obligation to you.
ELIGIBILITY
We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of devices for our offers and may terminate eligibility at any time without prior notice. However, any device for which you have already accepted our offer will remain eligible for fourteen days.
DEVICE CONDITION
We assess the cosmetic condition of devices based on the parameters set fourth in the trade-in widget tool at the time of device info input.
The device is assumed to be fully functional in all categories.
If you send us ANY DEVICE THAT HAS ANY SORT OF PASSCODE LOCK, ICLOUD LOCK ETC... and do not respond or are able to get the lock removed within 5 days of our initial request to do so, may result in a revised offer for your device based on the changes in market prices.
DEVICE VALUATION
Our offers are based on the information you provide about your device's model, condition, functionality, and the inclusion of necessary accessories. Upon receiving our offer, you have fourteen days to accept it by shipping your device. If you do not accept within this period or notify us of your rejection, the offer expires. If you change your mind, you will need to create a new submission, and our new offer may differ as device prices are subject to change.
FITNESS FOR SALE
You must have full rights, title, and interest in the device you wish to sell. The device must also be eligible for new service activation. When selling your device, you must comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and ordinances
SHIPPING
When you ship your device to us using the label we provide, it can be returned only if we are unable to honor our offer. In case we need to rescind our offer or if you reject a revised offer due to reasons such as shipping the device after our offer expired (verified through tracking information) or providing inaccurate information about the device's condition or functionality, you are responsible for providing us with a shipping label for the return. WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR DEVICE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE OFFER BEING CREATED, OR WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REVISE OUR OFFER TO REFLECT NEW MARKET PRICES.
Please note that non-essential accessories included in our offer cannot be returned. However, you will be paid an amount reflecting their additional value to our offer for your device. Essential accessories, such as power adapters or cables required to operate the device, will be separated during our testing process. We will provide a replacement accessory of equal or superior quality and performance along with the returned device.
