We're thrilled you're here to check out our services, where you can sell your gently-used electronics and pick up some refurbished gems at a great price. We've got some terms and conditions we need to go over, but we promise to keep it as lively and witty as possible!
By using our website or trade-in services, you agree to follow our terms and conditions, which we may update from time to time. If you don't follow our rules, we may have to suspend or end your use of our services. Think of it as a timeout in a game, so everyone can play fairly. If you don't follow our rules or any other policy we have in place, we may have to suspend or end your use of our services. No hard feelings though, just wanted to keep everything fair and square.
Let's talk about the terms and conditions that govern your experience with us. This includes any offers you receive to sell your electronics, any products you purchase from us, and any other transactions you make with us. Basically, this agreement between you and The Refurbished Apple Store covers everything you do on our website.To make sure everything runs smoothly, here are a few requirements you need to keep in mind:

- Follow all terms and conditions of this agreement

- Make transactions only on behalf of yourself
- Be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
To receive payments for your trade-in or to receive the product you purchased, you'll need to provide us with certain information, such as your name, email, postal address, phone number, and payment information. We use PayPal to process your payments and keep your sensitive information secure.We want to make sure you receive all the emails and payments from us, so double-check your contact information is accurate and up-to-date. If you don't, we can't be held responsible for misapplied payments or emails that get blocked as spam. If there are any unclaimed payments, they may be subject to collection by the government under applicable laws.When you make a purchase with us, here's what you need to know:
-Your credit card will be charged when you place your order, or you can choose to pay with your PayPal account.
- State sales tax will apply to purchases shipped to Nevada or any other state where we're required to collect sales tax.
- Shipping is always free!
- Consumables like batteries may not function like new.
- If only part of your order is available for fulfillment, what is available will be shipped and the rest will be refunded.
Product Eligibility. The Refurbished Apple Store decides at its own discretion which products are eligible for purchase or sale through its services and websites. It may change the eligibility of certain products at any time without prior notice. However, if you have already accepted an offer, it will remain valid for 30 days. The Refurbished Apple Store has the right to cancel any purchase and refund any purchase price received prior to delivering the product to you.
Product Valuation. All offers are based on The Refurbished Apple Store's determination of the product's value, based on the information you provide. The value is determined by factors such as the product's model, functionality, and condition, as well as the presence of necessary accessories. You have the option to accept or reject the offer. If you reject, the transaction expires. If you change your mind and want to accept later, you will need to initiate a new transaction and the new offer may be different as prices are subject to change.
Fitness for Sale; Phone & Internet Service. You must have the right to sell all products to The Refurbished Apple Store and they must be capable of being activated for new service, unless they are "Broken." Products must comply with all laws, not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, and not be counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent. You agree to indemnify The Refurbished Apple Store from all claims or losses resulting from your breach of warranty. You must discontinue any phone, internet or similar service on your product before selling it and remove any security codes. The Refurbished Apple Store is not responsible for any service charges.
Sending Your Product. When sending your product, be sure to include all materials mentioned in your original description when the offer was calculated. Failure to include items or sending a product that doesn't match the description may result in a revised offer.
Removing Data. If your product stores files or personal data, you must back up and remove any data before sending it to The Refurbished Apple Store for trade-in or return. You must also remove any data from a product purchased from The Refurbished Apple Store before returning it. The Refurbished Apple Store typically removes all data from the product, but doesn't guarantee it. By sending your product, you release The Refurbished Apple Store from any claim regarding the product or data stored in it and agree to take responsibility for the security, integrity, confidentiality, disclosure or use of such data. The Refurbished Apple Store is not responsible for any loss of data or data transferred to third parties.
Product Inspection & Offer Recalculation:"Looks matter! But not too much - we're still buying your old Apple products even if they're a little rough around the edges. Just make sure to send it our way within 30 days of accepting our original offer and following the shipping recommendations we give you. We'll take a quick look-see to make sure it's not a total lemon, but if it doesn't meet our standards, we reserve the right to revoke our offer and provide a new one. And remember, time is money! If the market price for your device drops more than 30% during the 30-day offer period, we may have to adjust our offer price, but we'll let you know before we make any big changes.
Recalculated Product Offers:"Don't worry, we'll keep you in the loop! If we need to recalculate our offer after inspecting your device, we'll shoot you an email and give you 5 days to accept or reject our new offer. If you don't respond, we'll assume you're okay with our new price and proceed as normal. But remember, once you send us your device, there's no going back!
Product Standards:"We like to keep things on the up-and-up - no stolen goods allowed! Before sending us your device, make sure it's not marked as lost or stolen, Find My iPhone is turned off, you accurately represented the make, model, storage capacity, carrier, and condition of the device when you got your original offer, and it's still in the same condition. And, if our offer price changes after inspection, we just ask that the difference between the original and new offer price be no greater than $50 or 35%.
Risk-of-Loss & Return Policy:"Don't say we didn't warn you! Once you send us your device, you're responsible for any damage that occurs during transit until it reaches our hands. And if we need to send it back, the risk-of-loss transfers to you once we hand it off to the carrier. If you bought a product from us and need to return it, the same rules apply. You're responsible for any damage and the risk-of-loss until it arrives back in our possession. But don't worry, we'll always do our best to make sure everything goes smoothly - even if it takes a little humor to lighten the mood!
"Passing the Baton" - The moment your beloved Product is handed over to The Refurbished Apple Store, the title of the Product becomes ours. But don't worry, if there's a need for a return, the title will still be yours. Just like passing a baton in a relay race, we'll make sure to run with it as smoothly as possible.
"Non-Sharing is Caring" - Our offer for your Trade-In is for your eyes only. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it's not transferable and can only be redeemed for the exact offer made by The Refurbished Apple Store.
"Follow the Rules" - We expect you to play by the rules, which means following all the import and export laws, regulations, and orders of the U.S. government, or any other foreign government agency. You are responsible for any expenses and clearances required to comply with these laws and regulations. Also, let's not forget the U.S. trade sanctions that prohibit the import of most goods, services, technology, and other materials from specific countries. So, please don't offer anything that violates these provisions, because we wouldn't want any trouble with the law.
"Accuracy is Key" - The Refurbished Apple Store takes pride in providing accurate information about your Product. However, we're only human, and sometimes mistakes happen. In case of any inaccuracies, we reserve the right to correct them, change the offer, or cancel the purchase. If the Product has already been sent, the changed offer will become a new one, but if it hasn't, the changed offer will be a re-issued original offer that you can choose to accept or reject.
"Going Digital" - You agree to conduct transactions with us electronically, including accepting the terms and conditions and offering to sell your Product. We may send important notices and information about The Refurbished Apple Store and your transactions to the email address you provide or post them on our website. It's your responsibility to keep your email address accurate and up-to-date and to make sure our emails aren't filtered by spam or blocked by other email blocking functionalities. If you no longer want to transact electronically with us, you may no longer use our website.
"Equipment and Services" - You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all equipment and services needed to access and use our website and services, including internet browsers, devices, and internet access. If you access our website and services through a mobile or wireless device, you are also responsible for all data and communication fees charged by your carrier.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, representations, and proposals, whether written or oral. Any waiver of our rights under this agreement must be in writing and signed by us.
